Our production program:
ALUMINUM COVERS AND FOIL
Aluminum lids are most used in the food industry, especially in the dairy and confectionery industry. Thermal lacquer on aluminum foil provides quality var on PS, PP, PE vessels. Al. lids for the dairy industry include lacquered aluminum foil products for acidic dairy products, mild and aggressive dairy spreads. Cover the lids around the circumference, needle-like and worm-like. The most widely used are aluminum caps with dimensions Ø75,5 and Ø95,5 mm and 30 µm thick. In the case of packing aggressive dairy spreads, and in order to preserve the quality of the product, we also offer printed covers on corrosion-resistant foil of 38 µm thickness. The covers are manufactured in different shapes (at customer’s request, can be round, elliptical, rectangular, etc.) and dimensions with high quality printing up to 8 colors. The aluminum butter foil consists of a layer of aluminum and waxed paper.
Shrink sleeve labels, made of PVC and PET film, can be placed on plastic and glass bottles as well as on plastic cups. Due to the possibility of using a large surface for the application of graphics and text, except in the dairy industry, shrink sleeve labels are also present in the water, soft and alcoholic beverages, confectionery, pharmacy, as well as cosmetics and household chemicals. This technology optimizes the print surface of the label with 360-degree graphics with the extreme contours of the container. This flexibility is applicable to almost any container shape or size on various films. This kind of label enables companies to create brands that have a personal and direct impression on their customers. It uses UV flexo technology to provide photographic image quality usually on transparent PET or PVC films. Shrink sleeve labels provide excellent scratch resistance, easy detection of unauthorized use of the product as well as many other visual benefits to the end product.
In the IML segment, Deltaplast manufactures IML for injectionmolding, blowmolding and thermoforming packaging. IML is undoubtedly one of the most modern and revolutionary technologies in the field of plastic packaging decoration, both for its attractive and modern appearance and for its exceptional quality. This technology is present on cans, cups, buckets, home and technical plastics as well as many other plastic products. Today, the packaging of the food, paint and varnish industries without IML is unimaginable. The technology itself works by inserting a pre-printed label on PP film into a plastic injection mold using a robot, and electrostatic electricity allows the label to remain attached to the mold. The plastic is then injected into the mold under high temperature and pressure and takes the form of the final product. At the same time, the already inserted label blends with the plastic and becomes an integral part of the final product. As the plastic and the label is of the same PP material, this packaging is subject to complete recycling without any separation of the elements. Deltaplast uses the latest generation of equipment, both printing presses and refined label cutting machines with robotic arms. The entire production process is fully automated and as such ideal for food packaging.
